Keeping Children Safe from Abuse in Travel and Tourism: Sample Agenda
The ‘Keeping Children Safe from Abuse in Travel and Tourism’ course is a one-day interactive training session for employees and managers/owners in the travel and tourism sector. The training equips participants with up-to-date knowledge on the issues of child abuse in tourism and provides practical skills to build a tourism environment that keeps children safe. After attending the course, participants better understand the links between tourism and child exploitation and are better equipped to take simple steps to prevent child abuse. The course is conducted in national languages (Khmer, Lao, Thai and Vietnamese) by national experts. See a sample agenda.
